Grain-free Nut Granola

This grain-free, gluten-free, preservative-free and low-carb granola is a great alternative to any store-bought granola.

Enjoy it for breakfast, or even as a satisfying snack, with some fresh berries and full-fat, plain yoghurt or milk kefir.

Where possible, always opt for organic nuts and seeds.

    1. Thank you Marcella! I love this recipe! It is so versatile, and one can really improvise with the ingredients. I haven’t tried quinoa flakes yet, but it sounds like a fantastic idea! I like quinoa because it is such a nutrition-packed little seed, and it is gluten-free, which is great. I sometimes miss oats in granola, and I will definitely try the quinoa with my next batch. I will limit the quantities though, as I try to limit my intake of carbohydrates. Thank you for the great input. 🙂
